Introduction

Luis F. Navarro is the Managing Partner of NAVARRO Attorneys at Law. He is passionate about generating access to superior quality legal services that are driven by industry best practices. His vision is part of how the firm delivers its services to every single client.

As a natural tactical thinker, Luis is particularly focused on helping individual and business clients build effective legal strategies to defend their rights and property with superb legal advice and meticulous litigation skills.

Over the years, Luis has represented several business enterprises as a Lead Counsel. These include retail businesses, family-owned companies, independent professionals and commercial and private clients in various matters. One of Luis' notable clients has been the United States Department of Justice for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Luis has represented the DOJ in litigation for the Department of Education, Department of Veteran Affairs, Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Department of Health and Human Services (HEAL) and other governmental agencies. Luis holds a Code 5 position sensitivity clearance with the United States Federal Government.

As the managing partner of NAVARRO Attorneys at Law, Luis is personally in charge of the day to day operations of the firm and directly supervises the firms' litigation department.

Prior to practicing law, Luis was the Chairman and CEO of a first-generation cloud computing and web hosting company named Innerhost, Inc. With over 300 employees, Innerhost owned and operated a 20,000 square foot data center that managed world outsourced mission critical data, infrastructure and websites for companies such as Microsoft, Coca Cola and Lockheed Martin.

Luis received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington in 2000. Luis had the privilege of working for the Honorable Joseph Nesbitt as a summer law clerk at the Florida Third District Court of Appeals.

Luis is admitted to practice law in the District Courts for the Southern and Middle District of Florida and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida. Luis is a member of the Trial Lawyers section of the Florida Bar and the Appellate Practice and Advocacy divisions. He is also a member of the National Association of Government Contractors, American Bankruptcy Institute, and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)
